Job Summary:


Under the supervision of the Controller and in close cooperation with the Project management team, the Accounting and Administration Clerk performs various administrative tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, using the ACOMBA software. Follows-up and collaborates directly with our clients and suppliers in carrying-out his tasks.




Accounts receivable

Reconciliation of manufacturers' commission reports

Accounts payable

Administrative tasks

Assists with Human Resource tasks 


Ideal candidate :


Bilingual (fully fluent in French and English, oral and written);

Excellent communicator with clients, suppliers and colleagues;


Detail oriented;

Organized and able to multi-task;

Team spirit, excellent attitude;

Knowledge of MS Office suite software;



Education/Experience :


College degree (DEC) or University degree in Accounting.  An appropriate combination of education and experience may be deemed equivalent.

One to two years of Accounting experience. Ideally, the candidate should be comfortable with payables and receivables tasks.

Lighting industry experience an asset.

ACOMBA accounting software experience an asset.

35h/week, Monday to Friday, from 9 to 5.

5 days of paid personal/sick days per year (prorated to the days worked).
